Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Complimentary on all U.S. orders.
  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: Charges are calculated based on the delivery address and selected service.

Easy Return Process

If you need to return a product, please complete our Returns & Exchanges form with all necessary details to expedite the process. Returns are accepted only on unopened products. Please include the lot number, reason for return, and any other relevant information. We will provide a prepaid return envelope to simplify the return process, allowing us to conduct quality checks and ensure compliance.

Refunds & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not you can return it for a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. If a replacement is needed, we will ship a new product once the unopened item has been returned. Balassa Labs will cover shipping costs for replacements.
