Return Process:
If you need to return a product, please fill out our Returns & Exchanges form with as much information as possible to expedite your return. All products are returnable, regardless of testing status, as long as we are provided with the needed information. Please include the lot number, reason for the return, and any additional details that may help us improve our products. We will send a prepaid return envelope to return the product to us in order to perform our regulatory testing.
Refunds & Replacements:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund to your original form of payment. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If you request a replacement we will ship the replacement item once we receive the damaged or defective item. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
